Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We want you to love your Nail Couture order. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once reviewed, we will determine the best solution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

All press-on nail sets, adhesive tabs, nail accessories, and sale items are final sale.
