Processing Time
We know you’re excited to receive your new nails, and we can’t wait for you to have them. Orders are processed within 48 hours after your order is placed.
Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.
Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping carrier and the service selected at checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your package. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folders.
Please make sure your email address is entered correctly at checkout so your tracking information is sent to the right place.
Shipping Address
Please take a moment to verify your shipping address before placing your order. We ship to the exact address provided at checkout.
If an order is shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer, Nail Couture is not responsible for the package. If the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage required to resend the order.
Lost, Delayed, or Delivered Packages
Every order is carefully prepared and packaged before it is placed in the hands of the shipping carrier.
Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery is no longer within our control. Nail Couture is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered.
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. You may also want to check with neighbors, your local post office, or your property office if applicable.
Nail Couture is not responsible for replacing or refunding orders marked as delivered by the carrier. We are also not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery.
